The application process:

1) Fill out the form;

2) A team member will be in touch with you to review your application and answer any questions;

3) Once approved you will pay your vendor fee; ($100)

4) A team member will be in touch regarding promotions, communications and day of logistics.

Please review the following information before applying:

  • Payment of your vendor fee is required upon approval of your application. We will send you an invoice;

  • This is a rain or shine event;

  • A 10x10 tent, table and two chairs will be available to rent through the Alberta Avenue Community League for $60. You can also bring your own if you already have one. Tents are required to be weighted down;
    *Tents are limited and available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  • You must be available to set up your tent, table and products no later than 5 pm on the day you are participating.

  • You are responsible for your own business license and/or Alberta Health Food Handling permit; FOOD VENDORS PLEASE REVIEW THESE GUIDELINES.

  • You are responsible for your own power. If sourcing a generator is an issue, please let us know and we will do our best to assist you;

  • You are responsible for your own POS (point of sale) system; Please note, at this time we are not supplying Wi-Fi.
